What happens to my data when the trial ends?
Nothing. All your projects and time entries stay on your device, and core tracking keeps working for free. Pro features (unlimited projects, iCloud sync, PDF export) simply pause until you upgrade.
What's the difference between the plans?
There is none — every plan unlocks the same full feature set. Monthly, Yearly, and Lifetime only differ in how you pay. Yearly saves 58% versus monthly, and Lifetime is a single one-time purchase with all future updates included.
Is the Lifetime purchase really one-time?
Yes. $49.99 once, through the App Store, and Tracked Pro is yours permanently on Mac and iPhone — no recurring charges.
Can my family use my purchase?
Yes. All plans support Apple Family Sharing, so up to five family members can use Tracked Pro with one purchase.
How do I cancel or manage my subscription?
Subscriptions are billed and managed entirely through the Apple App Store. Cancel anytime in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions on iPhone, or App Store → Account Settings on Mac. You keep Pro access until the end of the paid period.
Do I need to buy it twice for Mac and iPhone?
No. One purchase covers both the Mac and iPhone apps under the same Apple ID.
How do I restore a previous purchase?
Open Tracked's settings and choose "Restore Purchases". Any purchase or subscription linked to your Apple ID will be restored.
